Taper Calendar – Medication Taper Calendar

Creating a Calendar

Enter the medication name, unit strength, dosage form, and start date.
For each taper step, check the times of day a dose is taken, enter the dose for each time, and enter how many days that step lasts. Use + Add Step to add more steps.
Click Generate Calendar → to build the printable calendar.

Adjusting the Calendar & Print Size

Shading On/Off — toggles the color coding used to tell taper steps apart.
Simple View / Full View — Simple View shows a condensed dose line; Full View spells out the tablet count and strength.
Compact Rows — shrinks empty calendar weeks so days with doses get more room, useful when printing.
Print — opens the print dialog. Each month automatically splits across two pages so the text prints large and readable.
